Smoking is banned on all airline flights in the Europe Community and on
most international flights.Use marginal utility theory to explain your
answer to following questions:
1.What effect does this ban have on the utility of smokers and non-smokers?
2.How do you expect the ban to influence the decision of smokers and
non-smokers?In your answer to this question,consider decision about smoking,
flying,and the willingness to pay for a flight.
