標題[問題] 請問稅收乘數(tax multiplier)的問題

Derive a version of the "tax multiplier" from the simple
closed economy national income identity Y=C+I+G, and
explain its relevance, if any, for the debate over
the public finances (debt, deficits, etc.).
Will the multiplier have a defferent value
in the short-run versus the long-run? How does this affect the debate?
Tax multiplier我會導:
Y=C+I+G
C=c(Y-T)
Y=[1/(1-c)][I+G-cT]
所以tax multiplier= - c/(1-c)
我想要請問的是這題的後半題~
這個乘數對長短期有不同的影響嗎? 對debate有何影響
每次這種長短期的我都不大會答><
