標題[請問] 有跟Lingoes一樣的翻譯軟體嗎？

Lingoes可以直接滑鼠取詞翻譯真的是太方便了，
尤其如果需要獨大量文獻，直接在pdf上取詞翻譯，太便捷了，
但現在新版本的64 bit PDF Acrobat Reader好像已經無法支援了，
有推薦的的替代軟體嗎？
