標題[請益] How to download Newspaper

I can't type Chinese now
and there is only expensive internet
so I can just use internet about 30minute
but I want to read Taiwan newspaper
I have try to use teleport and some rss software
but it is useless
so anybody know any software can download newspaper directly?
and can read it off-line
