The reception for ESOE freshmen is fantastic! It successfully made a great impression on me and invisibly conveyed passion and vigor to every member of the department. First of all, we gathered at the gate of NTU, meeting would-be classmates and expecting the upcoming event. Very soon, two gorgeous sophomores(or juniors ) led us along the Royal Palm Boulevard, passing by the serene Liugongjun pool with a waterwheel, finally to the quaint building of our department. We went up to the second floor, entering a comfortable classroom. After we took our seats, predecessors broke the ice with a series of introduction including their self-introduction(unique and friendly), departmental activities (too many to choose,maybe join all of them XD), teaching how to select courses and use PTT(a little ambiguous but PPT is orchestrated and explicit)and departmental sport teams(can't be more hilarious! Every captain highlighted their own advantages by comparing with other teams sarcastically , which reflected their adamant friendship) Go on to the next page. The self-introduction of freshmen made me a bit anxious so I rushed to finish my speech and came back to my seat. In retrospect,I should have said more about myself. After all, communication is the most direct way to get to know each other. I wish I could commune with the cozy family as soon as possible. Participating in the forthcoming extravaganza on 9/5~9/7 is the precious opportunity I can seize! By number 32 --
