標題[問題] 關於 simplify

在 cirr 讀入電路之前
如果沒加上 -noopt 的話就會執行 simplify
然而 spec 上沒有提到的是
應該按照什麼樣的順序執行 simplify
會有這個問題是因為我自己的程式跑 simplify 的順序和 ref 的不一樣
造成電路的 gate 數目不同 也沒有辦法比較結果是否正確
請問要按照什麼樣的順序 simplify 會和 ref 的結果一樣?
