Fixed!
受影響檔案:
1. cirCmd.cpp <== 你們直接 copy over 就好了!
2. cirGate.h, cirGate.cpp <== 新增加了一個 CirAigGate::reportGate() function

: 只有這兩種
: 如果沒有-fanin就都會去執行reportFanout

: 所以是要自己去修改這部分 處理沒有fanin和fanout的狀況?
