標題[情報] New testcases: C432 & C499

I have uploaded two new sets of testcases:
C432.aag
C432_ng.aag // Same function as C432.aag; however, the input orders are
// different, so the BDDs are different
C499.aag
C499_r.aag // Revised C499.aag; their BDDs should be the same
I will upload more testcases later
