First of all, Dragonball GT has a : "Super Saiyan 4" which has no blonde hair, and has a tail. This goes : against the belief of Dragonball Z, which clearly states that a Super : saiyan must have Golden or blonde hair, and he/she cannot have a tail. : There are some other messed up things such as the fact that Vegeta, : growing his tail every time he turns super saiyan 4, and then when he : reverts back to normal, he loses it again. But the american owners : FUNimation didn't care, because they wanted to make money, so they went : against the wishes of the original creator, and made Dragonball GT the way : it is now. This may be one of the many reasons why Dragonball GT didn't do : as well as Dragonball, or Dragonball Z.
