Dessens will receive a 2005 base salary of $1.3 million,
with incentives for 20, 25 and 30 starts that could inflate
that figure to $1.75 million.
The 2006 option is for $1.3 million -- which increases to
$1.4 million if he makes 15 starts in 2005 -- with a $250,000
buyout.
