標題[問題] 頭痛眼窩痛

請問長期不明頭暈，例如床上起來，會天選地地轉，走路不穩。
平常走路站著也會暈眩，排除低血糖（因為有吃飯）然後最近眼窩痛，視力變差
請問要掛何種科別
自己本身有nf1
MR study of brain without IV contrast medium enhancement on multiplanar projec
tions shows: ＞ The intensity of brain tissue is within normal. ＞ The ventric
les, cisterns, and cerebral sulci ＆ fissures are intact without dilatation or
widening or coating of abnormal density. ＞ The midline structures are centra
l location. ＞ No diffuse restriction. ＞ Unremarkable finding in the MRA. ＞
Ethmoid sinusitis and rhinitis. IMP ＞ Ethmoid sinusitis and rhinitis.
