因為之前有健檢出 0.4毛玻璃結節 所以安排了 醫院一年後追蹤 上次是沒變化，今年又隔了一年（第二年） 做了第二次的追蹤 報告如下 不知道有人可以幫忙看一下嗎謝謝 ___ CT--CHEST:Routine Chest(CECT) : performed WITHOUT ＆ WITH intravenous contrast enhancement.(顯影劑:Ioversol(Optiray 350) 總量:80cc 流速:1cc/sec) Computed tomo graphy of the CHEST was performed without and with i.v. contrast administration. Findings: * Based on comparison with the previous CT (2022-11-02), this CT sho ws no significant interval change. * There are stationary tiny fibronodules at right apical lung and mildly thickened pleurae at the interlobar fissure of left lung. * The heart and aorta are in situs solitus and normal in size and viscero atrial relationship. * No definite hilar or mediastinal lymphadenopathy is found . * Stationary residual thymus tissue is noted at anterior superior mediastinum . * There are are mild scoliosis and osteoarthritis of thoracic spine. IMPRESSI ON: Based on comparison with the previous CT (2022-11-02) 1. Some stationary ti ny fibronodules at right apical lung and mild focal pleural thickening at left f issure -- post inflammmatory change is suspected first. 2.
