FINDINGS: DISC, SPINAL CANAL ＆ NEUROFORAMEN: ＞ The signal intensity of the spinal cord is not changed. ＞ More than 50% of disc tissue bulging beyond disc margin is noted at L5-S1. ＞ Hypertrophy of facet joint is shown on the right at L4-5. ＞ Stenosis of neural foramina is found on the right at L4-5 and on the bilateral at L5-S1. ＞ The signal intensity of the intervertebral disc at L5-S1 is decreased on long TR images. ＞ The disc space of this disc is decreased in height. VERTEBRAL BODY ＆ POST. ELEMENT: ＞ No overt osteophyte formations could be found along the thoracolumbar spine. ＞ The spinal alignment is acceptable. ＞ The vertebral bodies at the visible levels reveal acceptable signal intensities on T1WIs. PARASPINAL SOFT TISSUE: n.p.；Impression：1. Disc bulge with mild thecal sac indentation at L5-S1. 2. Facet arthrosis on the right at L4-5. 3.
