標題[問題] 肌電圖檢查

Comment:
NCV: within normal limits.
EMG: increased polyphasic MUAPs were found at left anterior tibialis and lower
lumbar paraspinal muscles.
Conclusion: the above findings were compatible with left L5 radiculopathy.
請問這報告如何解讀？
醫生是說腰椎第五節有壓迫，要我先復健，沒好的話，再評估開刀。
