標題[問題] 頭暈,想吐,脖子緊請益

因為人在國外不方便看醫生，想請問以下症狀
頭暈、想吐、脖子很緊，開始感覺不舒服時會一直打嗝，期間有發燒但已退燒，目前有從事一直抬頭的工作，所以長時間抬頭會不舒服
請問有什麼舒緩改善的方法呢?感謝
