標題[問題] 三歲小孩腿上突然冒出紅斑

家中三歲小孩突然出現如圖紅斑
沒有顆粒亦沒有浮腫跡象。
也不會癢或有其他不適。
剛從一般診所看診回來，醫生也不確定這是什麼。
請問這可能是什麼呢？該看皮膚科還是其他專科呢？謝謝
