標題[問題] 後腳跟痛

各位大大好
小弟我最近後腳跟痠痛
有在跑步172/73。

大拇指處按壓痠痛，雙腳疼痛位置接近。
已看兩次中醫，一次針灸，一次電療
無明顯改善QQ
請各位大大救我XD
