標題[問題] 膝蓋下方積水該看哪科呢？

如題，
我阿爸之前曾經因為膝蓋內積水至長庚看骨科，
那時候是因為積水部位會疼痛，
但這次積水位置在膝蓋下方，
不會疼痛，
但由於範圍有點大，
而且滿鼓，
想請問該從何科看起呢？
