背景音樂(笑) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EbJtYqBYCV8 這首歌是我跟男友分離的前幾天被我發現的...想想也快一個月了 每次聽著聽著，跟著歌詞唱，聲音都會扭曲掉...眼淚也禁不住的滑落。 先說說背後的故事吧。 這首歌是由主唱Tom Higgenson寫的，歌詞是在說遠距離戀愛的故事。 女朋友到了大城市念書，而自己留在這邊為夢想打拼。 這首歌裡面提到的 Delilah 其實真有其人，是個畢業於哥倫比亞大學、 且是明年奧運的障礙賽參賽者 Delilah DiCrescenzo。 她跟 Plain White T’s 的主唱(也是這首歌的創作者)Tom Higgenson 其實並沒有戀愛， 是在經由他們共同的朋友介紹彼此認識之後，Tom 突然就有了這個靈感，想為她寫 一首歌。他說 Delilah DiCrescenzo 是他見過最美的女人，有點可笑有點悲傷，因 為這首歌講的深情，其實並不是真的。以下是他受訪所說的： “There was never anything between us. It was kind of funny — kind of sad, actually. The story of my life… I thought she was the most beautiful girl I had ever seen. I told her, ‘I have a song about you already.’ Obviously, there was no song. But I thought it was smooth.” Delilah DiCrescenzo並沒有因為這首歌愛上Tom，她其實已經有男朋友了，所以 因為這首歌，也帶給她一些困擾。以下是她的回應： “It was so beautifully written”, she says. “There was pressure to live up to this ideal.
