標題[德文] 連絡皮包被撿獲的公文求解

小弟今年七月底在慕尼黑遺失皮包，
原外交部通知德國方面要我簽署一些文件，
才能幫我寄回找到的錢包，
但簽署完後，
隔天又跟我說德國方面限定"本人"辦理，
就將我簽署過的的"德文"信寄給我，(附件)

網友有解釋說，
若要將現金用國際匯款的方式匯回台灣
要在10/12號以前將銀行帳號等等回傳給他們
但因為外交部說可以選擇匯款或整個寄回?
因考量到錢包內還有台幣，
且不曉得如何提供可以匯入歐元的帳號，
才會在他的指示下選寄回(已填入蓋住部分)，
並劃掉匯款部分，
不知道有無鄉民可幫忙解釋。
目前只有弱弱地寫信：
『Hello Sir:
I missed my wallet in Munchen this July.
And I'm so happy to know it's found last month.
The signed official document is as attachment.
Can you kindly send it to me.
(I was back to Taiwan after traveling.)
I would pay the shipping fee with cash inside the wallet or remit to the
account you assign.
