Their new board, which was installed on 9 July, wants to take over several players of Deportivo who won't be included in the squad. Sanchez commented that "at the moment we want to take a look at the players which Deportivo could offer us, as well as the possibilities we have of getting them", he said. That is the main reason why Ramon Sanchez, together with general director Mariano Aguilar, met Lendoiro on Wednesday. But a deal won't be easy at all as the Brazilian star has revealed he wants to return to Deportivo, and the option of playing in the Segunda Division might not be among his wishes. 其實Elche最主要的目標是Djaminha，這才是他們的主席願意特地親自跑到拉科魯尼亞的原 因，但Djaminha已經表示他希望在下賽季回到拉科，而且他並不希望到以及聯賽踢球 Elche coach Carlos Garcia Cantarero called Djalminha an "exceptional" player and he added that he would not doubt having him at Elche. Deportivo have in mind to sell him for about 6 million Euro, although they could lesser their asking price. Betis and Atletico have shown an interest in the past, and now Greek clubs Panathinaikos and Olympiakos have joined the hunt for Djalminha.
