是這樣的 我11/26在美國的購物網站(cherryculture)下訂單 選擇9.95美金的運送方式USPS 1st Class International Mail 官網訊息是11/29已經寄出 大約等了3個星期沒收到後 我有寫信詢問 他們是回覆 We apologize if your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery time frame. Your order was completed and shipped via USPS international mail on November 29th. You did not select shipping with tracking for your order. Therefore tracking is unavailable. Delivery time for international order is between 7 – 14 BUSINESS DAYS. Thank you 然後就填了他們給我的文件 就沒有消息了 我想請問 那是有可能被海關扣留嗎?(我購買的是化妝品) 如果是的話 這種寄件方式 可以打電話詢問嗎? 我曾經打電話到台北郵件處理中心國際航空郵件科國際快捷查詢 可是他只回我 沒有追蹤碼無法查詢... 那我要怎麼知道 是不是被海關扣留或包裹被退回呢? 如果真的是剛好沒人簽收被退回 那包裹會被怎麼處理呢? 眼看比我晚一個月訂購的都收到了 我想我的包裹是凶多吉少吧... 先謝謝各位版友了!! --
