標題[SQL ] 一直無法手動資料庫

資料庫名稱：Oracle DBA
資料庫版本：11G
內容/問題描述：無法手動建立資料庫
出現這幾個錯誤訊息 全部重來也是
ORA-01501: CREATE DATABASE failed
ORA-00200: control file could not be created
ORA-00202: control file:
'/u01/app/oracle/flash_recovery_area/E2028/control02.ctl'
ORA-27038: created file already exists
