MPEG的編碼方式
GOP(Group of Picture)
I : I-frame(intraframe)
P : P-frame(predictive frame or predicted frame)
B : B-frame(bi-directional frame or bi-directional predictive frame)
I-frame含有完整的畫面, P-frame僅有與I-frame的變異值
B-frame含有前後兩個frame的差異
I-frame越多畫質越好
