Encoded TV program, typically should be a link (mms:// or rtsp://). You can encode it yourself from the TV signal (using windows media encoder with TV card, for example), or find some stable links as media source. We hope the bitrate is around 100-500 kbps. 2. 至少一台PIII以上的具有良好網絡連接性能的機器作為服務器，最好有獨立IP (在防火牆外，至少某些端口應該能夠從外面訪問，可以不用出國)。服務器 最好能夠長期連續工作。對_一個 500 Kbps 的頻道，上載帶寬大約為 3 Mbps 2.
