品牌大平刀KAFATEK Flat，ek43 omnia，縫紉機98，120
品牌大錐刀 辣媽swan，縫紉機100錐，120錐，都在10萬上下
LAGOM GDS 102平刀+100錐刀
或102雙平刀，只要3450美，10萬初即可大平錐畢業，簡直就是背刺王
可惜的是，錐刀刀紋設計是想均勻切割，更集中的粒徑，也可淺中，現代風格，類似辣媽
swan
而不是robur那種，大量入豆碾碎，適合傳統中深，表現醇厚，複雜度的
