標題[請益] 關於香港的採購法相關

想請問一下，香港政府所用的採購法，是依照中國人民政府的採購法呢？
還是他有自已特別行政區的採購法令？
不知道是否有熟悉這問題的伙伴呢？ 或是手上有香港採購法的資料？
