You may heard from Peter that the Prosecutor said 10 years. But the thing is kinda complected. 你或許想知道為什麼法院只給了老鄭6年徒刑而不是10年。你或已從Peter(譯註： jmscult.com版主)和檢察官那裡聽到本來說要求刑10年。但是情形有點複雜。 There are 3 rape cases and 1 sexual harassment case are going on. I don't know about laws in your countries, but In Korea, the system works different way. There are many different kinds of rapes. One might use physical forces, or use some kind of medication. Let's say a woman was drunk and fell asleep, and I raped her without using any force. There's other case. I just feel like to have a sex, so I just pick the girl, hit her and rape. In both case, I'm all raper but the court will gives me heavier sentence. Also, it's not just physical damage. If psychological damage is added, like the victim is having psychological treatment, the heavier sentence will be given. 現在已經在進行的有3個強姦案和1個性騷擾案。我不曉得你們國家的法律制度是怎麼樣， 但是，在韓國，法律系統不太一樣。強姦罪行有分許多種。有一種是強制施暴式的，有一 種是下藥式的。讓我們假設一種情形，如果有一名女性喝醉睡倒了，而我沒用任何的強迫 手段就強姦了她。另一種情形，假設我只是想要性交，然後我挑上一個女孩，打她然後強 姦她。這兩種情形下，我怎樣都是個強姦犯，但是後者法院會給我更重的刑罰。還有，不 只是身體上的傷害，如果加上心理傷害，例如受害者需要接受心理治療，那麼法院會判更 重的刑罰。 This is how Korean system works. I know that we have lighter sentence compare with other countries and I don't like it either. but anyway.. that's how it works. I personally think it must be like 60 or 600 years or just kill the bastard. I can't stand my tax is being used to make the bastard live for even a second. 這就是韓國的法律制度。我知道我們相對於其他國家而言，刑期比較輕，我也不喜歡這樣 。但是，無論如何，法律制度就是這樣。我個人認為應該要給他60年或600年的刑期或者 乾脆殺了這個雜種。我實在無法接受我繳的稅浪費在讓這個雜種多活1秒鐘。 Anyway, in this case, for some reason, the court accepted the part that Jung raped or harassed them, but for somehow, but she didn't accepted the part that he used somekind of force to them. Or may be, she didn't accepted that the victim had further mental or physical damage. If the court accepted, the sentence should be like 8 years or even 10 years. 不管怎麼樣，在這個案子裡，法院認定老鄭性侵和性騷擾她們，但為了某種原因，沒有認 定老鄭是以強制施暴的方式進行的。或者說，法院沒有認定受害人有超過被性侵和被性騷 擾之外，在心理上或肉體上有額外的傷害。如果法院認定受害者有受到這些傷害，刑期應 該會是8年或10年。 So you all might think that He is going an easy way, but I say no, not really. If we can present any kind of medical data that the court satisfy, Jung will have severe senten in second verdict. 所以或許你會想，竟然讓這老傢伙逃過了。但我說，不，不會的。如果我們呈上任何能滿 足法院要求的醫療證明，老鄭的二審會有更重的刑罰。 But one thing is very clear. The bastard can use all the money that his zombie believers pay. He can use all kinds of connection he has. He can pay for a devil to defend himEven if Jung get lighter sentence, nothing can change that Jung is a raper.
