Master of Education (Teaching & Learning Chinese Language) The Faculty of Education of The University of Hong Kong and SCCL have jointly offered a master programme on the Teaching and Learning of the Chinese Language. It aims to inject more synergy into the local education scene in Singapore, assists prospective students in their understanding of educational theories and helps them to teach more effectively. This will broaden their horizon on the global educational scene and strengthen their ability to conduct pedagogical researches. The programme also utilises the respective strengths of both academic institutions. Classes will be taught by qualified academia of high calibre from around the world. The teaching of the Chinese language will be the core emphasis of the programme. It allows students to have a better understanding of the theories and knowledge on education in general, improve the way they teach, as well as strengthen their ability to conduct researches.
