Hello, I am looking for a female roommate to share a bed room of a spacious 2 BD/ 1 BA apartment. The lease begins 08/01/2009 and the move-in date is negotiable. This apartment is located in noble square (noble vs division). The neighborhood (wicker park) is quiet and yet access to everything you need in minutes): Access to CTA #70, #9, #56, and blue line. It will take about 30 minutes to UIC. 10 minutes walking-distance to Jewel Osco, CVS, Walgreen, bars and restaurants. 15 minutes to downtown area via public transportation (CTA #70 and red line or walk about ten mins to blue line) 1 minutes to I-90/94 You will have your own bed room. The bath room tub and shower are separated. The living room is quite spacious. The basic furniture in the living room & kitchen are provided. What you have to pay is the rental (580$), and utility fee (including electrities, gas, cable & internet). The average utility expense is approximately 100 per month. Of course you will pay less in summer and pay more in winter. If you have a car, you can find a parking space off street quite easily, and no parking permit is needed. No move-in or application fee. The security deposit is 800, credit check is required. I am a quiet person, and I work for University. During weekdays, I am pretty busy and stay low. During weekend, sometimes, I would go out to explore the city or museums. I love cooking and traveling and I have visited Japan for several times (I am learning Japanese). If you have similar interests, that would be a plus. About you: I am looking for someone who is responsible, respectful, has stable income, tidy, and willing to share the cleaning responsibility of common area. No wild party, pets and smoking.
