我也是12.0版 畫好要貼進office 2010, 2016. 都一片空白只能螢幕截圖。
困擾多年今天終於解決了，要改win10的設定登錄檔。
Open Registry Editor by pressing Windows + R key combination, type in regedit
and press Enter.
If prompted by UAC, press Yes to continue.
Go to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel\Desktop
In right-side pane, look for a Win8DpiScalingand set the value to 1 and close
Registry Editor.
Restart your computer.
