標題[問題] JIS K2501 vs ASTM D2896 酸價

最近在研究機械用油發現說明書與化驗報告檢測方式不同
說明書上記載Total base number (TBN, mgKOH/g) 低於 3.0 (6.0)需更換油品
並備註
Based on potentiometic titration method (hydrochloric acid method) prescribed
in JIS K 2501. But the parenthesized figure refers to the perchloric acid.
根據JIS K 2501的 電位滴定法 (鹽酸法)
括號內的數字表示 高氯酸
上述文字對我來說 只能理解是..檢驗結果TBN小於3 or 6就要更換油品
下個問題來了 我怎麼知道要看3或是6
總之我拿樣品化驗, 而化驗單位則是使用ASTM D2896檢測法
然後這個檢測報告也適用TBN作為指標..
問題是不知道ASTM D 2896 是否與 JIS K 2501檢測出來的數據可共用
我自己找到這個連結

並且在第38頁找到關鍵字
D 2896 (Equivalent Test Methods :xxxx xxxx and JIS K 2501)
但是
底下又看到
D 4739 (Equivalent Test Methods : xxxx xxx and JIS K 2501)
有無專業能幫我解惑@@
大概能理解JIS是日本標準 ASTM是美國標準
