標題[學習] 請問fluorescence probe問題

最近剛接觸螢光的paper,可以請問高手為什麼用於人體的螢光probe需要large Stokes sh
ift,strong light absorption and good photostability?
Stokes shift多少以上又算large呢？
(我看得這篇是寫這個螢光probe的Stokes shift 100nm是很顯著的）
