標題[高中] 離子鍵觀念 靜電吸引力

最近看到一個基礎問題覺得很奇怪

請問此敘述哪裡錯誤?
靜電吸引力和排斥力達成平衡 淨位能最低時即為離子鍵結長度
是正確的不是嗎?? 想不到敘述錯在哪?
the coulomb potential between the ions, and the repulsive force which limits
the closeness of approach of the ions.
