小妹拜託板上大大幫忙 我查過的答案被否決不滿意
要我回去再查
步驟如下
1.紡織品 加10mL extract solution
(1g sodium diethyldithiocarbamate in 500 methanol)
2.超音波70度C 一小時
※Q: 為何要加入extract solution 作用是甚麼
3.+acetate buffer 10mL
※Q：為何要加入 acetate buffer 可以提高轉化率
原因 及作用
4.+0.1mL 內標(monoheptyl triethyl tin&diheptyl diethyl tin)
※Q：為何選這兩隻為內標? 原因?
5.+dericatizing agent
(2g sodiun tetraethylborate in 50mL)
6.+5mL hexane 萃取兩次
7.吹氮濃縮
※此反應過程結構如何變化 ?要畫圖
之後上GC MS
