標題[學習] XRD和HRTEM的問題

但還是無解
想請問一下我看到Paper有一段寫
The HRTEM image also shows the lattice fringes of N–TiO2/C
with an interplanar spacing of ca. 0.35 nm, which matches well
with the (101) plane separation of anatase TiO2.
我想問一下
作者從HRTEM看到層與層間距 0.35nm
請問為什麼他會和 (101) 面很match阿?
我以為XRD測晶像
沒想到可以順便證明間距...
有人能懂我再問什麼嗎
