標題[實驗] 關於"氫氧化鈉"

1-Bromohexane (20.0 g, 120.0 mmol), phenothiazine
(20 g, 100.0 mmol), sodium hydroxide (25.0 g,
625 mmol), and DMSO (100 mL) were placed in
a 250-mL, two-necked, round-bottom flask, and
the mixture was stirred for 2 days at room temperature.
The mixture was extracted with ethyl
acetate/brine and then dried with anhydrous
MgSO4. The resulting liquid was purified by column
chromatography. The product yield was
68.5% (19.5 g).
請問先知們，上述反應中，氫氧化鈉在DMSO中的溶解度很差
那該怎麼改善，這樣會影響反應結果嗎？
請問有人做過這個反應嗎？
