標題[有機]chair conformation & boat conformation

請問一下
cyclohexane 的boat conformation
為什麼比chair conformation不穩定??
兩個C-C-C鍵角都約109度
那是H在化合物中排列的問題嗎??
請版友幫忙解答一下
