謝謝版友的解答~ 我懂了 那對於 D/L system 是不是只限於 R1CHXR2 這類型的分子結構 我是在 Oxford Dictionary of Biochemistry and Molecular Biology - Smith A 這本書裡的 D/L convention 條目看到這段話的 .....a convention of symbols used to designate the absolute configuration around a chiral element inα-amino acids, cyclitols, monosaccharides, and derivatives of these classes of compounds. Within these classes it can be applied to any molecule of the type R1CHXR2 that can be oriented in a Fischer projection with the most highly oxidized atom at the top; then if X is on the right the configuration is designated by the prefix D-, whereas if X is on the left the configuration is designated by the prefix L-...... 那麼不禁要問 Fischer projection 也是只能用來表示 R1CHXR2 的分子結構嗎?? -- 可不可以推薦我ㄧ本這方面的書 能夠淺顯又精確的解釋的 真抱歉問了一連串問題.. --
