'We analysed them a lot so we knew they have very good threats up front and they defend well. Against many other teams they don't give many chances away so we knew that but we stayed patient, we kept moving the ball and tried to open them up from the sides and get crosses in. The contest at Craven Cottage was pretty one-sided, even more so after the hosts were reduced to 10 men late in the first half, but Frank Lampard's side had to show patience and persistence before finally finding the breakthrough 12 minutes from time. It was Mount who crashed in an excellent half-volley, displaying composure and technique to keep the effort low and on target to seal an important three points and notch his second goal in as many games.
