In the aftermath of the win at Blackburn, Frank Lampard gave his account
of playing alongside Michael Ballack. Now following the Charlton victory,
Ballack speaks about the midfield in action.

“It is not difficult because Frank is a good player,” the newest of
Chelsea's midfielders explains.
“Yes, we both play in midfield but in
different positions and we changed the positions left and right. It is
good. Whether I play left or right, it is the same for me and it is the
same for Frank I think. And that is good for the team also.
“這並不困難，因為蘭帕德是一名優秀的球員。是的，我們兩個人都在中場踢球，但
我們在不懂同位置，我們左右互換位置，這挺好的。不論我打左邊還是右邊，對我來
說都一樣，我想對蘭帕德也一樣。而且這對球隊也很有益。”
“Michael [Essien] is also a player who can play all the positions in
midfield. He can attack, he can defend and I think for the team that is
not a problem.”
埃辛也是能打中場所有位置的球員，他能攻善守。我想這對我們球隊不是什麼問題。
Despite Lampard's failure from the penalty spot late in the game on
Saturday, Ballack doesn't envisage being given a monopoly on taking
set-pieces.
在週六的比賽後半段，儘管在罰球點罰失了點球，但巴拉克並不在意沒有給他這個罰
點球的機會。
“I am not a player who wants to take every free-kick or penalty,” he
insists.
“Frank is a top player here and he was successful the last few
seasons.”

秀的球員，他在前幾個賽季取得了成功。”
