Jose Mourinho has been a long-term admirer of the Liverpool player having been impressed by his performances in the South American Youth Championships and the Under-17 World Cup. Mourinho, who has requested videos of Figueroa's recent performances, will now be able to take a closer look with the player poised to remain in West London until March 18 before then returning to Montevideo. Figueroa will undergo a medical examination while at Stamford Bridge and will also get the opportunity to train with Chelsea's stars.
