From:Chicago Sun-Times http://tinyurl.com/939hr Boston Celtics guard and former Crane High School star Tony Allen was arrested Wednesday and was expected to spend the night in jail while prosecutors considered criminal charges against him, the Chicago Sun-Times has learned. Allen isn't considered a suspect in the shooting of Marktwain Johnson, 29, who was wounded in the left arm and left side. But Johnson and Nigel Odum, 24, have filed a civil lawsuit against Allen. Odum claims Allen punched him and fractured his left eye socket just before another man who was part of Allen's group opened fire on Johnson. Allen tapped the shooter on the chest and said, "F - - - him up," after which the fight and shooting ensued, the lawsuit alleges. "It's all on tape," said Rahsaan Gordon, the lawyer for Johnson and Odum. "Tony Allen struck my client unprovoked." The shooter still is not in custody, authorities said.
