有鑑於 Obie 是怎麼被氣走的，Doc 在這份教練合約裡要了一個條款，
讓他對球隊的人事案有 final say。
"Everyone I talked with said that I had to have the authority
to approve all personnel deals. So I have it in writing in my
contract. Nothing happens without my yea or nay."
