By doing that they kept the 76ers out of many fastbreak chances and held them to their fewest points of the season. My speculation that Brown was just trying to send a message to Hickson may have been a little off. You can see how much the Cavs miss Z by looking at their offensive output, so if Hickson could contribute it would really help. I mean, how many non-scoring big men can you play? But you can also see the value in Jackson and you can see why he has a chance to carve out a spot in the league. And you can also also see why the Cavs gave Hickson a three-year deal, so they could keep and develop him and see what he becomes.
