教宗每年都會發布一篇世界大眾傳播日文告
但是從這個網站

看到的發布日期都不同日
然後教宗保祿六世所發表的第一屆世界大眾傳播日文告

其中有此敘述

"將在五月七日的主日舉行首屆[大眾傳播日]"
請問教會對此節日的舉辦日期是訂在哪一天
或是使用哪一種規則來決定日期?
