聖母訪親 5月31日 路 1:39-56 那時，瑪利亞動身趕往山區，來到猶太的一座城， 進了匝加利亞的家，即刻問候依撒伯爾。 依撒伯爾一聽到瑪利亞的問候，腹中的胎兒就跳躍起來， 依撒伯爾就充滿了聖神，大聲高呼說： 「在女人中，你是最有福的！你懷的胎兒也是有福的！ 我主的母親來探望我，我怎會如此榮幸？ 看，你問候的聲音一入我耳，我腹中的胎兒就歡欣躍動！ 你真有福啊！因為你信了上主對你所說的話必會實現！」 瑪利亞便說： 「我的靈魂歌頌上主的偉大，我的心神因天主、我的救主而歡欣！ 因為祂垂顧了祂婢女的卑微，今後人們要永遠稱我有福。 全能者為我作了大事，祂的名字是聖的！ 祂的仁慈世世代代賜予敬畏祂的人。 祂伸手施展大能，把心高氣傲者驅散。 祂從王座上推下權貴，卻高舉卑微的人。 祂以美物飽饗飢餓的人，而使富人空手而去。 祂扶持自己的僕人以色列，因為祂記念自己的仁慈， 永遠信守祂與我們的祖先、亞巴郎和他子孫的許諾。」 瑪利亞陪依撒伯爾住了大約三個月，然後回家去了。 反省 瑪利亞從天使口中得知表姐懷孕了，便去拜訪她。 瑪利亞很難向若瑟解釋因聖神懷孕的事， 而依撒伯爾與啞巴丈夫也不能用說話來溝通， 兩個孕婦都知道天主賜予的獨特奇蹟， 她們的相遇就併發神奇的喜樂， 彼此分享天主在她們身上所成就的事， 藉此更了解天主的計劃。 在靈修的路上，我們也需要找到適合的同行者， 分享與天主的經驗，指導我們如何尋找並分辨天主的旨意。 靈修輔導為信仰成長是需要的， 不妨與你信任的神父或修女，談談你與天主相遇經驗。 （樂仁出版社供稿） Gospel (NAB) Mary set out and traveled to the hill country in haste to a town of Judah, where she entered the house of Zechariah and greeted Elizabeth. When Elizabeth heard Mary’s greeting, the infant leaped in her womb, and Elizabeth, filled with the Holy Spirit, cried out in a loud voice and said, “Most blessed are you among women, and blessed is the fruit of your womb. And how does this happen to me, that the mother of my Lord should come to me? For at the moment the sound of your greeting reached my ears, the infant in my womb leaped for joy. Blessed are you who believed that what was spoken to you by the Lord would be fulfilled.” And Mary said: “My soul proclaims the greatness of the Lord; my spirit rejoices in God my Savior, for he has looked with favor on his lowly servant. From this day all generations will call me blessed: the Almighty has done great things for me, and holy is his Name. He has mercy on those who fear him in every generation. He has shown the strength of his arm, he has scattered the proud in their conceit. He has cast down the mighty from their thrones, and has lifted up the lowly. He has filled the hungry with good things, and the rich he has sent away empty. He has come to the help of his servant Israel for he has remembered his promise of mercy, the promise he made to our fathers, to Abraham and his children for ever.” Mary remained with her about three months and then returned to her home. --
