標題[情報] Cardinals cut ties with infielder Lopez

The Cardinals have given infielder Felipe Lopez his unconditional release.
The club officially announced the move on Tuesday prior to its series opener
against the Pirates.
General Manager John Mozeliak said that Lopez wasn't
fitting in with the team's focus on younger players.
"It really came down to a tipping point," Mozeliak said, "It was either just
not play him or allow him to go home. And we thought it was in his best
interest just to be able to move on from here."
La Russa confirmed that the club wanted to dedicate playing time to younger
players.
"There's not an opportunity to get him in there," La Russa said.
Lopez has been struggling with injuries this season, including an elbow
ailment that landed him on the disabled list. He hit .231 with seven homers
and 36 RBIs in 109 games while seeing time at all four infield positions. He
signed a one-year, $1 million contract with St. Louis at the end of February.
Lopez都砍了，那Winn，Miles，Suppan是不是也該砍了，
這樣才真的是給年輕人機會啊........
