Just be careful not to give specific advice - help them to figu re it out on their own. You have resisted speaking up about a wrong you learne d about that occurred at work or within a certain group. This month, you may f eel compelled to do something about it. Don't be shy. Say exactly what you're thinking. You could wind up being the leader for a positive change.
