But even if you choose not to relate what you are feeling to another person, Moonchild, you can and should find some way to vent those feelings. You will find it uplifting and empowering. You may find this week that someone is trying to limit the way you do something that has always worked for you. That in itself might be upsetting, but the person who is imposing the restrictions might come as a surprise. Standing up for what you believe is the right way to go, even if this involves a relationship where you rarely speak up for yourself. The result you get will be worth any turmoil you experience. Someone's opinion on something you are working on or something you are choosing to do may be rather harsh. And what's more, you may not have asked for feedback. Therefore, you need to move past it like you never heard it.
